Please note our most popular and peak campervan pick up times. We advise you to plan ahead to minimise your wait time in-branch. If you select a time during our peak period it is highly likely you will experience a longer wait period.

Auckland Shuttle Information

We offer a complimentary transfer service from Auckland Airport and surrounding Airport Hotels, Motels to our depot. Please contact us on 0800 324 939 and advise us your name, reservation number and terminal. Our shuttle service operates from 9am - 3pm only and is normally within 30 minutes. For airport pick ups between 3pm - 4pm during the summer months you will need to make your own way to our depot by taxi/uber at your own cost

CUSTOMERS ARRIVING AT AIRPORT Call 0800 324 939 (+64 9 275 3778) to arrange a pickup after collecting your luggage and/or cleared customs if on an international flight. Tip: If you don’t have a NZ phone, you can call us on 0800 324 939 from a payphone for free!

DOMESTIC -
Please make your way to door 9, past the Jetstar check in counters.
Once outside door 9, cross the pedestrian crossing to the far end.
Please wait here for the white Tui Campers courtesy shuttle van. Once the courtesy shuttle arrives, you will be transferred to our Auckland branch.

INTERNATIONAL -
Please make your way to door 4. Off-site shuttles are located at the Off-site Transfer zone - lanes 1 & 2, north of the Transport Hub outside the arrivals area of the international terminal. The Off-site Transfer zone is located behind the Te Arikinui Pullman hotel and is about a 5–7-minute walk.

Please wait here for the white Tui Campers courtesy shuttle van. Once the courtesy shuttle arrives, you will be transferred to our Auckland branch.

Before you arrive to pick up your camper, make sure you watched your camper show-through video ahead of your arrival. Within our channel you can also access comprehensive on-the-road CamperHelp ‘how to’ videos.

At pick-up, our branch crew will give you the opportunity to watch your camper show-through again and answer any questions you have about your camper before you hit the road.

Before you return you will need to fill up your fuel tank as well as empty the waste water tank and toilet cassette. There are no facilities at the branch to do this but you can search for your closest service station and dump station in the Campermate App.
